JLL Partners Announces Healthcare Leadership Promotions

NEW YORK, February 4, 2025-- JLL Partners, LLC (“JLL” or the “Firm”), a New York-based middle market private equity firm focused on investing in the healthcare, aerospace and defense, and business services sectors, today announced the appointments of Dan Di Piazza and Alex Kondziolka to the roles of Managing Director and Principal, respectively.

Mr. Di Piazza joined JLL in 2017 as a Vice President focusing on healthcare investments. As Managing Director, he will continue to help build the Firm’s healthcare vertical leveraging his extensive network and expertise. Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Di Piazza worked at Arlington Capital Partners.

Mr. Kondziolka joined JLL as a Vice President in 2021 and will continue to focus on healthcare investing with his promotion to Principal. Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Kondziolka worked as an investment professional within the healthcare group at TA Associates. He also worked in Credit Suisse’s healthcare investment banking group earlier in his career.
