How soon do I get the database after paying?
Your order is authorised straight away and we email the download instructions to the address you give at checkout. There is nothing to ship and no waiting period.
Will I be charged again later?
No. US$119.95 is a one-time charge with no subscription attached, and it already covers the January 2027 update. Later annual editions are optional and are bought separately through the renewal page; nothing renews automatically.
What if the database does not work for me?
A full refund is available within 14 days of purchase if you are not completely satisfied, or if the file could not be installed. Trying the free trial first is the surest way to confirm the software fits before you buy.
