Craig Bunker joins Tonka Bay

MINNETONKA, Minn., September 15, 2020-- Tonka Bay Equity Partners LLC (“Tonka Bay”) announced that Craig Bunker has joined the firm as a Senior Associate. In this role, Bunker will assist in the execution of the firm’s overall investment activities.

Prior to joining Tonka Bay, Bunker was an associate at HCI Equity Partners, a lower middle market private equity firm with offices in Washington D.C. and Minneapolis. While at HCI, Bunker was responsible for all aspects of the private equity investment lifecycle, including buy side and sell side deal execution and portfolio management. Prior to HCI, Bunker worked at Brown Brothers Harriman in the Treasury and Investor Services divisions, across the Boston and New York offices.

Bunker earned his undergraduate degree from Colby College in Waterville, Maine. He also played professional lacrosse for five seasons in the Major League Lacrosse (MLL).
