Online Genetic Testing Marketplace Offers Platform to Search, Compare and Order Tests

NASHVILLE, Tenn., March 5, 2013-- NextGxDx Inc., which provides an online genetic testing marketplace for healthcare professionals and hospitals, today announced the successful closing of a $1 million, angel-funded, convertible note round. The company's capital goal was fully met with the Series A2 financing, with NextGxDx welcoming several new investors alongside existing shareholders as participants.

NextGxDx will use the new capital to increase brand awareness, accelerate the growth of its healthcare professional user base, and expand the company's laboratory relationships. The funding will also allow the company to expand its staff to support these initiatives.
