NEW YORK, NY, February 11, 2013-- New York, February 11, 2013 - Post Capital Partners LLC today announced that it has supported a management buyout of TBA Global, an award-winning live event marketing agency. The investment, made in partnership with CEO Paula Balzer and her senior management team, provides TBA Global with a well-established financial partner as it implements a focused growth strategy in the engagement marketing space.

TBA Global works with clients like ExxonMobil, Bank of America and Monster Worldwide to help them navigate the growing convergence of creative marketing and technology. Post Capital Managing Director Michael Pfeffer said, “We are pleased to have the opportunity to partner with Paula Balzer, who became CEO following this investment after previously serving as COO. TBA Global is an industry leader in creating cutting-edge experiences for clients that mix the best of live events and digital technologies. Paula and her team are building on that legacy in 2013 with exciting new products and services.”

TBA Global CEO Paula Balzer said, “2013 got off to a great start with the return of clients like Google and Walmart. This partnership with Post Capital will facilitate our continued growth as we work with our clients to make engagement marketing a game-changing component of successful marketing strategies.”

Bob Geddes, the former CEO of TBA Global, remains on the TBA Global board and continues to be an investor in the company. “I am very excited about the future of TBA Global; Paula’s leadership and the partnership with Post Capital can drive the company to new heights,” stated Bob Geddes.
