CAMBRIDGE, Mass. and PALO ALTO, Calif., January 31, 2013-- Experienced early-stage investor Sunil Dhaliwal today launches Amplify Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm exclusively focused on Infrastructure 2.0 technology.
