Grey Mountain Partners Promotes Ben Ault to Managing Director

BOULDER, Colo., January 18, 2013-- Grey Mountain Partners is pleased to announce that Ben Ault has been promoted to Managing Director. The promotion recognizes Ben’s outstanding contributions to the firm's growth and highlights the continued strengthening of its investment team.

Ben is involved in all areas of the business, primarily focusing on deal sourcing and the firm’s Executive Sponsorship Program (ES Program). Since joining Grey Mountain in 2004, he has helped build the firm's presence in the lower middle market.

Prior to joining Grey Mountain, Ben was with the Mergers & Acquisitions group of Goldman Sachs in New York. Additionally, he graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Indiana University with a B.A. in Economics and Management and holds a Master’s degree with Merit from The London School of Economics & Political Science.
