Grey Mountain Partners Invests in Bolttech Mannings, LLC

PITTSBURGH, November 20, 2009-- Grey Mountain Partners, LLC (“GMP”) has made a majority equity investment in Bolttech Mannings, LLC (“Bolttech Mannings”), a provider of technical bolting and heat treating services and products for industrial applications. The investment provides Bolttech Mannings with additional capital and resources to enable it to continue providing the highest quality service and innovative products to its customers, and to further expand its business through internal growth initiatives or additional acquisitions of complementary businesses.
